Nintendo to have 2 hour press conference at E3

Why do you think this year's conference will be so long compared to their usual one or one and a half hours? I'm hoping for a lot of new Zelda info.

Well... I agree with you. One hour at least should be dedicated to Zelda.. but more realistically

15 min: graphs & sales figures
30 min: new casual game (Wii Party?)
10 min: Vitality Sensor
30 min: 3DS
10 min: Third Party Stuff
10 min: Something new and unexpected!
15 min: Zelda!

wow 2 hours to talk about nothing is long... and I would bet money that Zelda isn't coming this year... even with next year Im kinda skeptical...

^^ hey give credit where its due... Im very unhappy with the Wii lineup following the first year or so... but at least they still put a lot of effort into the Mario games... they just painted themselves into a corner with the galaxy thing... where can they go from there ??? Super Mario String Theory ??? ...that's actually got potential... someone call Miyamoto...

That is actually a good idea! But we've seen some Nintendo games use that "ghost" mechanic to activate switches and doors in many different forms (light & dark world counts too)... I kind of want something else to be honest.

hahah... thats awesome... but you could do many things with string theory ideas... have a universe where you see every decision possible panning out at the same time... (though I don't know how you would control that) but you could also go to different universes where things like mass, time and gravity behave completely different (or opposite) to our universe... or try to explore what it would be like in the 4th dimension where you have to set up events to happen just right to have your time lines connect just the way you need them too...

No, but if they make a sequel of a sequel, that would be something. I guess the "another" is too much... but at the same time, SMG2 is NOT a continuation of SMG and I was a bit disappointed by that.

*EDIT: Actually, I just finished SMG 100% and there's an extra cutscene showing the Luma from SMG2. Plus, Rosalina says something about history repeating itself, but not in the same way exactly. She then says "You'll see". I thought she was referring to everyone partying near Peach's Castle (even enemies like Bowser Jr.), but I think she was actually talking about how Bowser is gonna get evil and do evil space things again! I am happy to have found this out.

Crap, I can start watching it, but I'll have to leave to go to work before it ends! Well, guess I'll miss the bombshell (or will it just be a bomb?) ending.

So much announced pre-E3, I'm still wondering what they have for us during it.

I just hope its entertaining this year. All the Nintendo conferences I have seen have been boring as hell.

Way too much time is gonna be spent on Wii Party, Vitality Sensor, and some other random garbage Im not gonna care about.

Not enough time on 3DS and Zelda. Thats what I expect. Maybe one surprise I can give a damn about.

I'm hoping for Kirby Wii, F Zero Wii, and Pikmin 3 as surprises. I can hope.

I won't hope.

I'll just see the news as they get unveiled.

I would love those too.. but Kirby and Pikmin have been supposed to come for 3 years now.. Don't get your hopes up too much.. that way you won't be disappointed.. and if they DO announce those games it will be somewhat of a surprise to you.. if that makes any sense.

Yeah, it makes sense. It's better to hope for nothing. That way you can't be disappointed later on.

I don't think that I'll be watching it, then. Nintendo's conferences are always snoozefests until the end.

That being said, I really don't care about the 3D capabilities of the 3DS.
