In any case, to update where we are, we are watching eps 7-8 this FRIDAY, and 9-10 Next Thursday (like usual).

Well that sucks, we talked about how awful episode 4 is a few days ago, and if that's the episode you're gonna base the whole series on to either sink or swim, then it's surely going to sink.
Though for what its worth it does get better.

I know Ep 4 is supposedly to be awful (guess what, it was for me, I even was fast-forwarding some parts because I was so bored), but I can't take this series anymore, for me the story is plain dull, the characters are annoying and overally it's not funny. I'm sorry, everyone, but this is as far as I go.

By the way, when I finish Persona 4 I'm planning to start Code Geass, skeez fully recommended it, any thoughts on the anime from anyone?

Well the story hasn't really started yet, and the show goes much deeper than just humor. But being annoyed by the characters is a fatal complaint. And I know where you're coming from because I have the same trouble empathizing with Tylor. I can't find him likable for the life of me, and every turn I want him to fail, the same way I want Jerry to fail in "Tom and Jerry". And seeing him win while not deserving to win pisses me off. I'd honestly classify it more as a weakness of the viewer rather than a weakness in the show though since it's not a widespread case. Anyway, it's your choice.

Code Geass? I'd call it an entertaining trainwreck.
It starts out truly exceptional from ep 1 to ep 8 but then it starts going downhill for me. Plot twists come out left and right, and some of them don't even make sense anymore. Also, it is good at evoking emotions. I'd say it's an above average show.

I enjoyed code geass it was fresh and diff to me. The Plot twist like iclim was what really made it great. Even the weird ones. But you might not like it since you don't seem to like Mech animes ......

Seriously though, It's how I learn my english B.
Along with a bunch of other cartoons.
I also try to figure out why I like or don't like something, instead of just a "I like it, show is full of win, awesome". I Like picking parts apart till it's down to it's basic components. I can't really explain it that well... and thus you see the extent of my english.

Plus I had a LOT of free time before college started, I recall us playing SSBB and talking about it in VGC all day for months. haha good times. Tao is into anime we should ask him to join us in the club.

Oh and priorities B, Anime comes first before MKWii. I'm disappointed. *tsk* *tsk* *tsk*
