After a long and somewhat quiet night the town awoke to find one of its own, dead! None could believe their eyes when they saw Obi Wan sliced into pieces. It was clear that this work was done by a light saber. But who would do such a thing? It is more apparent now, more than ever, that there are Sith among us.

Day 2 Start

FoS - DGC for the constant, "slow game" comments.

It's honestly giving me a vibe of a scum trying to kill the game or somethin'.

Being British? That's usually a good reason...name one movie where the British guy wasn't a bad guy! Harry Potter doesn't count because it's British.

I made two posts about the game being slow... just two... Looking at the time stamps of them and the contents, I don't see anything weird about them.

Ok! Everyone should give their top two suspects and why! Get a flow of info going

actually im only 3/4 British (English specifically) and I am 1/4 Irish

I also have a great deal of contempt for many of the things that my country does and stuff, especially at this point in time!

Just noticed SciFiboy hasn't posted much... Haven't played in a while but I don't remember you being much of a lurker.

Talk about bad clowns....OT SciFi has been a little less vocal this round then last where he defended himself like mad.

All right, here goes:

I'm not actually suspicious of DGC for those reasons, as they don't really make sense to me.

But I AM suspicious of dsister. I'm getting a scum-vibe from him.

His day actions: The whole first day arguments are a little fishy. To me, it seemed like he was deliberately trying to sound pro-town. From past games, he knows what lurkers do, usually, they come up as problems later on in the game.

Saying that modkills are easy ways get kills for the mafia solely is just suspicious. They're two edges to that sword, as it helps town also, but his stance on that sounds like he's trying to distance himself from the mafia.

Now, that's not enough for me to be that suspicious. But I did post the DGC thing.

It was weak, and dsister was the first to agree with it.

It's either a) he really has no suspects
or B) he's just trying to lay low, and go with the flow.

Good point, but I think there's more suspicious people around. I think dsister just wanted SOMEONE to die, the first day was pretty pointless for everyone. I do find DGC a little bit suspicious because it seems he hasn't been trying to think with us. He seemed very eager to kill someone when dsister jokingly suggested it. Maybe he wants us to speed up the game so we won't pay attention to him

Yes, usually going after lurkers is a great thing. But in a game this size, lynching someone just for lurking is a horrible idea

And whatever happened to "Lurkers are most of the time bored townies" or whatever?(yes I read the vgc game)

THE VGC game was HUGE. Lurkers don't hurt as much. That's when they're bored townies. And besides, my theory about that was proven wrong... twice.

In NS, the games are way smaller, and 1 lurker is more important than in 20 players.

1. That's two sided though. They don't hurt as much but it doesn't hurt the town as much to mislynch one or two of them. If we were to do that here then it could potentially cut the game in half.
2. Yeah!but you didn't know that at the time of your post in this thread did you? And if you say one thing as town then go and say the opposite thing within a short time then it looks awfully scummy...(which I hadn't even noticed till you brought this up)

4. I don't have one yet... Last time I made a great plan on NS that would have ended with a victory from the town you guys went "lol dsis you scum!" and lynched me
5.Vote apply more pressure then HoS which aren't anything... I've said this several times over the last games i've played....
