Friends/ Foes Empty Friends/ Foes

This feature has been in place for quite some time now, but has gotten very little use. So, just to be sure everyone knows how this works.

Click: Profile ---> Friends and Foes ---> add/ accept friends/ foes

As a warning, adding a person as a foe will not allow you to read their posts. I realize a lot of you already knew about this, but I want to make sure everyone knows. Plus, I wanted more friends. Wink

btw you can't add contribs or admins to your foe list. Believe me I've tried =/
