NS Mafia Round 2

OK, this falcon modkill changes some things. There are obviously 2 mafia, 3 would have been overkill. Falcon could have been mafia or could've been town, but let's assume he was town. If we lynch someone in this night, and he ends up being town, we'd be 4 to 2 on day 2. That means, mis-lynching someone again and it's over. Done. We lose (of course, that'd be unless the doctor manages to protect the one that the mafia targets on either night, but that'd be somewhat unlikely).

If we don't lynch anyone, we'll be 5 to 2 tomorrow, that ensures that there'll be at least 2 more days. Given that we have nothing to work on with, I think it's more recommendable to ensure that we have more days where we will have.

1) cautious, I dont like to lynch people without reason, and generally first day lynches tend to be nothing but shots in the dark.

2) despise them, truly the dumbest way to lynch people.

3) indifferent, experience tells me its almost equally likely that they are scum or town.

I'll go ahead and Vote NO Lynch too.

I can assure you everyone would answer the same thing for the first two questions. But I'd make a bet that Mafia tend to answer easy questions like these to seem pro-town from the get-go.

So I'm keeping an eye on both SciFiboy and Mako right now.

The lurker question always seems to bring up discussion, though. But everyone here agrees that "burn them" is the answer. Hopefully this game'll run smoothly.

Whether pro or anti-town, lurkers don't help. And sometimes they even break games (Like last round)
Also I was'nt being completely serious in "burn them" but I came to the conclusion no one here really likes them.

Also, yes, I stand by my suspicion. It's day one and putting anything you have on the table helps.

Unless someone messes up and gives something away I really don't see the point in waiting any longer. No one is going to be stupid enough to say, "I'm mafia!", unless you count that one game on VGC. lol

Well after a weekend of working on my home, i am back. I have read everything, and my FoS lies on a few ppl, but they have already been named. For the time being, zex is correct in saying that our 8 player game is in limbo if we mislynch early.

However, Mako is in favor of lynching first day... i wonder how he would feel if he were at the end of the rope though.... Plus Mako said ""I'm mafia!"", so...

At the end of the day, however, i will have to hold judgment, a bad lynch is very devastating at this point.
