New Years Resolutions

So... how are those new years resolutions everyone made going so far? Statistically, by now most of you should have given up.

TBH, i never really made any consciously....

I always make a resolution to have even more decadent luxuries and meaningless sex than the last year... but its hard to improve on those... and why should I force myself?

I resolved to goof off and eat candy.

So far so good.

My resolution is/ was to eat more healthy this year. I specified this to "No deep fried food of any kind, no pop of any kind, and no chips of any kind". Of course, candy is still OK. So far so good.

Thumbs up on the candy, Mako. Throw in some goofing off and you're all set.

Seriously, though, are you going to allow yourself any indulgences? If you can eat healthy all the time, then mad props to you, brother. Chips and soda I can live without, but I'd go nuts if I had to abstain from deep fried food!

Retired powerlifter Jim Wendler has a diet philosophy that I like and try to follow: "Don't be an idiot. You know what's healthy, and you know what's not. Just try to do more of what's healthy than what's not."

Admittedly, more of what's healthy is probably in order for me. Had some blood work done last week, and my LDLs are creeping up again...
