It's a hard choice to make. Each would have benefits over the other, so which would you chose.

Deaf.

Dsis, blind people can still talk normally to all other people. Deaf people cannot. Being deaf lets you live more "normally" perhaps, but being blind allows you to have more normal relationships.

All things considered... i would prefer being blind, but i could not live the way i do now if i were, i would have to choose deaf if i wanted to live a reasonably similar life to what i have now.

technically if you are blind on one eye you are considered blind... and you can be legally blind but still have a certain range of sight... so I would go with that... bam, lawyered

From my understanding of this topic and of being able to talk while deaf. You have to choose between being deaf or blind in your life now. So you already have a leg up on the people that have been deaf since birth. You've had ~27 years of talking and learning how to move your mouths for words, so while it may hurt your ability to communicate a bit it definitely won't hinder you from having a good conversation. You just might experience some problems in the beginning where you have a hard time mastering reading lips

Deaf... yeah... that means forfeiting music, but I can't imagine living without eyesight... so damn inconvenient...

Deaf. I'd still be able to get wak around without help, watch T.V., play video games, tell people off on the internet, etc., etc.
