The let's help Falcon thread

Well since many of you know my parents will go to USA tomorrow, and I have been wondering in what to ask for so i made this thread to hear some recommendations. There are like 2-3 travels to USA pear year and since I'm not going I have to think it wisely.

So I want to hear some recommendations, what I'm considering..
-Xbox 360
-HD TV (probably a 32")
-PSP (with a extra battery and a 4gb memory stick)
-DSi (I would get either a r4 for my old DS or a r4i or however its called for it)

What has been decide is 2 WM+ and a external HDD and some lightscribe dvds, and B4L just told me to get another video card and use the laptop as a TV, if the time and the warranty allows me I'll do it too

I don't know how much money I can spend since I'm not going, I gave $200 to my mom and probably she'll give me like $400 (probably more probably less) If you can give a recommendation on what should I buy I would appreciate it

Hmmmm...of those, I'd pick an HDTV. I don't like the 360 exclusives, you have a DS so a DSi is a waste, I'm sure you have a PSP...

How would they bring the HDTV? They go by car?

It's a very good idea, i'd just need an extra controller an XBL which would be easy to get.. But there's a few thing to check to make it work so there's possible that i won't be able to do it.

But still if i manage to put the video card in my laptop I'll be able to play almost every PC game

Changing the Video card in a Laptop?
I don't think it's possible.. Unless you have a top off the line Laptop like alienware or the Highend Dells. Wouldn't want to be stuck with a videocard you can't use Falc.

What kind of laptop do you have?

Careful with that. Can you imagine the frustration if you update the card and you pc still doesn't run these games?

So.. what do you recommend, a Xbox 360 or a DSi and a PSP?

Seeying how cheap you can get a ps3 for I'd say get a PS3, but if you don't agree on the price [300-330 on ebay NEW] then go for a 360.

Getting a PS3 in Ebay would be a big problem because i would have to convince my parents, tell my family in USA if they can, etc and counting shipping it's like a $50 saving which IMO ain't worth the trouble, if there were a promotion in shops it would be a completely different situation.

So how bout a 300 PS3??

PS3 or a 360 sounds good, both are great and have many cool games and features.

although, i spent this morning on my PS2, PS2's are dirt cheap these days, so if you dont have one, you can get one and alot of top games for that money.

Well... I would say a PS3... But that's just me...
